You're ALMOST right, in the sense that track 1 merges directly into track 2 (i.e. the end of track 1 is actually the beginning of track 2), so you'll have to listen to them both in sequence or join them with an mp3 joiner.
It happens with many other tracks elsewhere.
About Vivaldi masterworks, when I'll find them you'll be the first to know.

I just checked Vol. 8 Cd. 1 (001 & 002) and it's OK.
Maybe it's a stupid question, but... have you downloaded both parts and joined'em with Hjsplit?

I'm downloading the files little by litte... Normally the split files open no prob with 7Zip utility, but I can't get vol.2 Disk 10 to open properly. Downloaded it twice, tried 7Zip, as well as the program you recommended... No one else seemed to have a problem with this one... Am I doing sth wrong?

How are you? hope you are Very Very Fine!!! =) i just have a doubt.
I Check Vol. 8 and Vol. 9 and there is no "Image files" or "Back Covers" for the 16 cds of Vol. 8 and the 11 cds of Vol. 9 there are only the Booklets for this two volumes.
I also check Vol. 10 and here the "back covers" are ok, missing only the images of cd 9 and cd 10, but vol. 10 has no booklet, am i wrong?

I was just hearing the track No. 13 (Prelude, BWV 807) of the Vol. 9 Cd 2, and I heard something strange, at minute 1:28 (changing to 1:29) and also at minute 1:32 (changing to :33) (and also some secs. later) it's possible to hear a strange sound, it's like a clap or something like that (maybe a shoe), probably and error of edition, or maybe of recording.
It's nothing wrong with it, but I just wanted to tell everybody.
Probably I'm crazy and I'm now hearing strange sounds in music, am I wrong?, Jejejeje!!!

Thank you for the warning. I am doing my darndest to keep the cantatas on Rapidshare.
And, of course, thank you for the uploads...they make my wife happy since I can clear out a couple of feet of LP space where many volumes of this set now sit. When they are donated to the library fair, I can empty one of the many cardboard boxes loaded with unshelved treasures.
It's a pity you have to give those LPs away, but I'm sure they will make some more people happy.

In fact, rapidshare is so slow... what's happened? I think it'll spend much time to download them.
Many people coudn't get whole collection, no doubt.
